|
Irene is an urban planning graduate student at Columbia University. As an undergraduate, she studied extensively about Japanese industrial organizatioal planning. She finds the combination of two of her passions; urban planning/design and film media at this workshop, to be a fascinating approach for "rediscovering" Shimokitazawa. Irene would like to believes that the film media lens will help to evoke a sense of cultural awakening amongst Tokyo planners and organize the community in preserving Shimokitazawa in its current form. |
