Taro Taguchi
Research Associate at Waseda University Department of Architecture. Director of community NPO in Odawara city. Major in urban and rural design. He has done many community development project in many urban and rural areas. He obtained his PhD this march on the theme of institutional process design. He developed a new method of community design through oral histories recollection. Taro Taguchi published a book titled « Machizukuri Oral History » on March 2005.

Live in Shimokitazawa since 1988. He is working as an writer of Music. Publish a book about a famouse Japanse musician Kouji Tamaki in last April. He is also a musician; release a song "amor Shimokita" for support the activity of "Save the Shimokitazawa" in last February.
