  Lucy Styles

I am about to graduate in architecture and have written a dissertation on the shift from analogue structures of play in city to digital networks and this workshop appears to bring all my interests back practical involvement in the city itself. I am moving to Tokyo in the summer and this would be a great way to begin to immerse myself in the urban palimpsest.

  Rebecca Milner

Rebecca lives down the street from Shimo-kitazawa and considers the neighborhood to be integral to her own well-being and that of the city. Originally from America, she has been living in Tokyo for the better part of the last 3.5 years and has held a variety of jobs from English teacher to campaign girl to journalist (with a preference for the latter, but Tokyo is an expensive city). She is fascinated by urban spaces and the city is the main subject of her writing.
